Adult Classes and Events
Community is an essential part of spiritual growth. Held in the homes of several of our members, Life Groups are an opportunity to share the Word in a small group setting. We invite you to join us as we focus on living, loving, and leading like Jesus in authentic relationships.
NOTE: due the pandemic, Life Groups have been temporarily put on hold. We look forward to hosting them again in the future.
Want to join with a group of ladies for a short study of the Bible? This group meets on Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11am to study Scripture, using Precept Ministries. Study sessions usually last 8 weeks, then there is a short break before another study begins. Please call the church for more details.
Every fall our women get together for a retreat at the coast in Lincoln City. This is a fun time of rest, relaxation, and refreshment – the actual retreat begins on Friday night and ends on Sunday afternoon, but women are invited to come a day early and leave a day late. Activities include worship music, Bible Study, an anonymous gift exchange, and eating at least one meal in a restaurant. During free time, you may wish to take a walk on the beach, go shopping, explore the area, or just stay at the house and read, play games, or rest. In order to make the cost more affordable, we have a yearly yard sale in August.
